Big Leg Emma
Big Leg Emma
Hailing from western New York, Big Leg Emma is an institution for high quality, original, americana roots rock music. Based both in traditional music like folk, bluegrass, country, psychedelic and contemporary rock, the band is a high powered, eclectic, music making machine. Throw in some thought provoking songwriting and harmonies and you have a one of a kind equation that is unique, timeless, and infectious.

Big Leg Emma was born in 2001 in Jamestown,NY, when long time friends & musical partners Steve Johnson and Charity Nuse met up with Amanda Barton. Kev Rowe joined the band as lead guitar bringing an eclectic -tasteful sound to Emma. Rounded out by Steve French (bass guitar) and Rad Akers (drums) as a powerful "make you want to dance" rhythm section.

Big Leg Emma in 9 years have performed in many major music festivals including, Finger Lakes Grassroots Music Festival, Great Blue Heron Music Festival, Bliss Festival, Silver Maple Music Fest and many others.

Tropidelic formed in 2007 along the banks of the Cuyahoga River in the murky town of Kent, Ohio. Fusing energetic reggae, hip-hop and funk, the group built a local following distributing over 5000 free copies of their first EP, “Rebirth of The Dope” on campuses and street corners throughout the region. In 2010, the group relocated to Cleveland and bolstered themselves as an area favorite through consistent performances at venues like House Of Blues, Mr. Smalls and Nelson Ledges Quarry Park, supporting acts like 311, Sublime w/Rome, Slightly Stoopid, Pepper, The Wailers, The Dirty Heads, Soja & many more. Their 2010 release, “Erie Vibes & Irie Tides” received airplay
on many area radio stations including CBS-owned 92.3 FM. In 2011, Tropidelic was chosen from a large national pool to perform at Bamboozle in East Rutherford, NJ which boasts an annual draw of 50,000+ attendees. Their first full length album, "All Heads Unite" was released in November 2012. The roughneck Rust Belt reggae riders, along with their Tropidelic Family, continue to bring their Midwest party sound to festivals and venues throughout the region.
